Acclaimed Comedians To Perform On June 11

Comedian and actor Jaycomedyatclaytoncenter Derrell White and Sinclair Entertainment present the first of the 2016 Summer Comedy Series at The Clayton Center on June 11.

Headlining the show are popular comedians Donnell Rawlings — Ashy Larry from the Dave Chappell Show — and Reginald Ballard — Bruh Man from the highly acclaimed Martin Show. Also performing will be Raleigh’s own “Mello” Mike Miller who has worked with and written for Tracey Morgan.

You know character actor and comedian Reginald Ballard for his recurring role as Bruh Man from the Fox sitcom Martin.  He has appeared in many television shows, including Veronica Mars (the episode “Return of the Kane”), The Bernie Mac ShowThe ParkersSister, SisterJust Jordan, and the short-lived show, Crumbs. Currently, Ballard is performing stand-up and has said that the acting bug bit him after taking a theater class in college, “getting lost in a scene”, and listening to the audience applaud.

Ticket prices start at $25 for balcony seating. Floor seating is $35, and VIP tickets are available for $45. VIP tickets include a meet and greet with the comedians, two complimentary cocktails and a buffet. Other ticket holders are invited to a cocktail reception with cash bar beginning at 6 PM.
