SAYER MCSHANE BAND – Live via YouTube
Dec 16 @ 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Sayer McShane is a fantastic blues-based rock band. Their live show features hot guitar, grooving drums, powerful vocals, engaging humor and raw showmanship. They play a unique blend of rock, blues, Motown, funk, soul and pop. Some artists are great performers and some are great entertainers. Sayer McShane is both. Two people never made rockin’ the house look this easy and sound so natural.
Originally from Detroit, Michigan, the band appeals to a diverse audience, always surprising people with their big sound featuring guitar, drums and rich, soulful vocals. Kristin Sayer “The Git-tar Player” sings lead, plays guitars, bass, keyboards, tenor sax, drums, writes, arranges and produces the music. Carolyn McShane “MC Shane” sings lead, harmony, plays drums, percussion, keys, guitars, records and engineers the music.
Sayer McShane has received radio airplay for several singles and have a very loyal, ever-growing fan base. They have opened for acts like Edwin McCain, Buddy Guy and Robin Trower, as well as played for the NHL Hockey All Star Game with 3 Doors Down and many others in Raleigh. They were featured at the North Carolina State Fair and and were nominated for Detroit and Carolina Music Awards.
