If you enjoy reality and/or game shows then you will have a great time at the After the “I Do’s” Game Show where couples answer probing questions to show how much they know about each other….or don’t know. Celebrity comedian host, Les Long, will keep you laughing from beginning to end! The winning couple goes home with a “Date-Cation” aka weekend getaway. The audience also has a chance to win prizes during quick games throughout the show. A vendors pavilion will offer speciality items before and after the show. When rock star Conrad Birdie is drafted into the army, his fans are devastated, but none more than struggling songwriter Albert Peterson, whose song Birdie was just about to record. Albert’s longtime girlfriend, Rosie, pushes Albert to write a new tune that Birdie will perform on television to a fan selected in a contest. The scheme works, with young Ohio teenager Kim McAfee declared the winner, but no one has counted on the jealous wrath of her boyfriend.

Clayton Youth Theater presents this fabulously fun production July 27 and 28, and August 2-4, at The Clayton Center. Tickets go on sale on Monday, June 25, at 10 AM. Tickets are $12 adults, $6 students 18 and under.

James Judd is a stand-up storyteller and radio personality from NPR’s Snap Judgment, the legendary improv troupe The Groundlings, and The New Faces of the Hollywood Improv. Often compared to David Sedaris and Oscar Wilde, James weaves comic, autobiographical tales that crowd the stage with hilarious characters and situations. James will be joined by Jen Kober who brings crowds to their feet with her original blend of stand-up, storytelling and improvised rock-n-roll comedy. $22
