The 2014 fireworks display drew thousands to Downtown Clayton

The 2014 fireworks display drew thousands to Downtown Clayton.

The Clayton Center and Town of Clayton offices will be closed on Friday, July 3, for the Independence Day holiday. We may not be working this weekend, but that just gives us more time to enjoy the holiday festivities offered by Clayton Parks and Recreation.

Come on out for the biggest fireworks display around (at dark) on Saturday, July 4! Leading up to the fireworks show, there will be lots of family activities to enjoy – games and rides, a corn-hole tournament, basketball skills competition, free ice cream and watermelon, a Clayton fire truck spray down and a free concert by The Central Park Band. The activities start at 4:00 PM at Clayton’s Municipal Park, 325 McCullers Drive.
