Sing-A-Long-A Sound of Music

The aisles of The Clayton Center come alive with The Sound of Music, as you get the chance to star along with Julie Andrews and the Von Trapp family in the Sing-A-Long-A Sound of Music.
This presentation of the classic 1965 movie musical features subtitles so that the whole audience can sing along. The fun begins with a vocal warm-up led by the evening’s host—Clayton’s own Mayor Jody McLeod—who also will introduce you to your complimentary ‘magic moments pack’, a kit containing various props to be used at strategic points throughout the film.
You’ll want to be sure to wear your best white dress (with blue satin sash) or your formal lederhosen for the famous fancy-dress competition. Everyone who dresses in costume is invited onto the stage to show off their fantastic finery.
